Job Summary

Empowering developers and agents in a remote capacity, the full-time Customer Solutions Engineer will support clients by addressing technical evaluations, solving reliability problems, and enhancing customer adoption of Checkly's platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Learn Checkly and the monitoring space to assist customers in solving reliability issues
  • Support technical evaluations for prospects alongside the senior Customer Solutions Engineer and sales team
  • Provide technical assistance to existing customers, contributing to documentation and sharing insights with Product and Engineering teams
Required qualifications
  • Some professional experience in a technical, customer-adjacent role such as software engineering or technical consultancy
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in reading, writing, and debugging code (Javascript/Node.js preferred)
  • Ability to utilize AI tools for customer-facing tasks, including generating demo code and drafting technical responses
  • Genuine interest in customer interaction, with strong spoken and written English skills
  • Located in the Eastern Time zone or within one hour of it, with the ability to work autonomously in an async environment
