Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to determine optimal customer solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of customer projects and proactively address challenges
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and optimize the use of the platform
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation, learning program management, project management, or business analysis
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology-based solutions
  • Experience with technical solutions involving APIs, SFTP, SQL, and basic programming
  • Experience in cloud-based integrations and software implementation is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
