Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to optimize the post-launch customer experience for law firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of customers from implementation through adoption and ongoing success
  • Translate customer requirements into practical solutions within the platform, including workflow recommendations and process improvements
  • Monitor customer usage and performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure value realization
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in LegalTech or legal operations
  • Strong ability to document and improve customer workflows
  • Experience managing complex customer environments impacting outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining quality
