Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to optimize the post-launch customer experience for law firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of customers from implementation through adoption and ongoing success
- Translate customer requirements into practical solutions within the platform, including workflow recommendations and process improvements
- Monitor customer usage and performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure value realization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role such as Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
- 2+ years of experience in LegalTech or legal operations
- Strong ability to document and improve customer workflows
- Experience managing complex customer environments impacting outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining quality
