Job Summary

Leading client engagement and tailoring solutions, the full-time remote Customer Solutions Manager will oversee technical content, costing, and quality of bids while collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs and achieve business financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and secure Orders Entered (OE)
  • Assess market trends and adjust product positioning while preparing product promotion presentations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful execution of proposals and commitments
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or operations with increasing complexity
  • Proven project management success and leadership achievements
  • Familiarity with the nuclear and energy environments
  • Experience leveraging customer feedback and commercial constraints to generate value
