Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Customer Solutions Manager will guide government and higher education organizations in the Western Region through cloud adoption and AI transformation initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead customer engagements across various teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Develop and execute cloud adoption roadmaps aligned with customer business milestones
  • Design education programs and governance frameworks to prepare customers for responsible AI adoption and cloud transformation
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, either as a vendor or consultant
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven record of thought leadership and successful program completion
