Job Summary

Supporting customer solutions and operational efforts remotely, the full-time Customer Solutions Partner will manage inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while collaborating with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a growing volume of inbound calls, tickets, and chats related to customer orders and inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues and following up to ensure complete resolution
  • Provide accurate information using the correct methods and tools while maintaining customer records
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service position
  • Familiarity with CRM/JDE systems and practices
  • Experience with detailed data entry and problem-solving within an ERP system
  • Must reside full-time in the continental US
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
