A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle incoming calls to assist customers with auto loan accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve payment issues with customers
• Document interactions and maintain professionalism while managing accounts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 0 years of experience; experience in financial services preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
