Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative, Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retain merchant customers seeking to cancel service and generate sales by placing outbound calls to former merchants
  • Resolve outstanding issues and educate merchants on the value proposition of remaining with the company
  • Maintain current understanding of processing rate structures and industry knowledge

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a call center environment
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a Sales, Retention, or Loyalty Representative
  • Ability to balance assertiveness and empathy when negotiating with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions based on customer needs
