Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Solutions Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members to promote the SYW 5321 Visa Credit Card and guide them through the application process
• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution
• Maintain a high level of business knowledge and support continuous customer service improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to research and interpret data to make sound business decisions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
