Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Solutions Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members to promote the SYW 5321 Visa Credit Card
• Resolve customer satisfaction issues and provide information on various inquiries
• Maintain customer files and ensure adherence to compliance and privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to research and interpret data effectively
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Knowledge of the SYW program and related policies preferred
