Job Summary

Proactively making outbound and handling inbound calls, the full-time Customer Solutions Representative will assist auto loan customers with payment issues while providing exceptional service and maintaining professionalism in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and manage incoming calls to meet performance standards
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers regarding late or missed payments
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality of customer information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 0 years of experience; experience in financial services is preferred
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
