Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to build customer connections and provide exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport based on customer needs
- Educate customers on sustainability initiatives and associated products and services
- Conduct consultative analysis to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a weekly set schedule
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
