Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to build customer connections and provide exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport based on customer needs
  • Educate customers on sustainability initiatives and associated products and services
  • Conduct consultative analysis to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a weekly set schedule
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
