Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of operational or contact center experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or collaboratively
- Proven analytical skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and email applications
