Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to enhance customer connections and support the residential commodity business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and addressing customer needs
  • Educate customers on residential commodity markets and support retention efforts
  • Assist customers with service setup, payment processing, and inquiries while ensuring timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
  • Ability to navigate systems and procedures effectively
  • Flexibility to work Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
