Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and addressing customer needs
- Educate customers on residential commodity markets and support retention efforts
- Assist customers with service setup, payment processing, and inquiries while ensuring timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
- Ability to navigate systems and procedures effectively
- Flexibility to work Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
