Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist, Customer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand HCP office processes and offer electronic solutions to improve the patient prescription experience
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HCP facing portals and other electronic solutions
- Develop relationships with HCP offices and provide regular updates on new functionalities that match patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required
- 2 or more years of experience with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies
- Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics space
- Prior healthcare sales experience or experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle
