Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Customer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand HCP office processes and offer electronic solutions to improve the patient prescription experience
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HCP facing portals and other electronic solutions
• Develop relationships with HCP offices and provide regular updates on new functionalities that match patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required
• 2 or more years of experience with drugs requiring prior authorization and specialty pharmacies
• Strong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the immunology specialty biologics space
• Prior healthcare sales experience or experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to qualify for and maintain a fleet vehicle
