Job Summary

Working remotely within the United States, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will deliver consultative support and technical troubleshooting for software, ensuring effective client interactions and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Consult with clients to guide them in using the platform effectively for their specific needs
  • Deliver first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role for a web-based business or software application
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the Medical Education market or similar fields is a plus
