Job Summary

Supporting customer onboarding and product adoption, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will manage multiple onboarding projects, provide day-to-day product support, and deliver customer training in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring strong organization and communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product support inquiries, managing support requests and coordinating escalations
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve product usability and support processes
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer support, implementation, or related customer-facing roles
  • Experience managing multiple customer conversations or projects simultaneously
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and platform workflows clearly to customers
  • Experience delivering customer training or onboarding sessions
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer onboarding processes preferred
