Job Summary
Building customer connections, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will educate clients on sustainability initiatives and IGS products while providing exceptional customer experiences remotely, with a flexible schedule including evenings and rotating Saturdays.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and addressing both business and personal needs
- Educate customers on IGS sustainability initiatives and the value of green energy, driving sales and retention
- Conduct proactive consultative analysis to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products and services
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
- Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a weekly set schedule
- Genuine desire to grow and learn, with a positive contribution to a team-oriented environment
