Job Summary

Working full-time from a remote location, the Customer Solutions Specialist will assist customers by utilizing various software tools to navigate accounts, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely communication regarding order statuses.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about their orders
  • Collaborate with various departments to support customer needs and address escalated situations effectively
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
  • Ability to work a training schedule of 9 AM - 5:30 PM ET for the first 60 days and 9:30 AM - 6 PM ET thereafter
  • Legal residency in one of the specified states for remote work eligibility
