Job Summary
Building customer connections remotely, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will educate clients on sustainability initiatives and green energy while providing exceptional customer experiences and support with service setup and inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by proactively building rapport based on business and personal needs
- Educate customers on IGS sustainability initiatives and residential commodity products while driving sales and retention
- Conduct consultative analysis to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, achieving departmental customer experience and sales standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
- Strong interpersonal and conversational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a set schedule
