Job Summary

Working hybrid with a focus on customer support, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will utilize various software tools to assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure accurate order information while collaborating with team members across the country.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions within the business model
  • Ensure customers receive up-to-date information about their orders and handle escalated situations with care
  • Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs and foster a positive team environment
Required qualifications
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more
  • Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
  • Ability to work a training schedule from 9 AM - 5:30 PM ET for the first 60 days
  • Legal residency in one of the specified states
