Job Summary
Working hybrid with a focus on customer support, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will utilize various software tools to assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure accurate order information while collaborating with team members across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions within the business model
- Ensure customers receive up-to-date information about their orders and handle escalated situations with care
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer needs and foster a positive team environment
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or more
- Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
- Ability to work a training schedule from 9 AM - 5:30 PM ET for the first 60 days
- Legal residency in one of the specified states
