Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Supervisor to lead a team of resolution specialists and customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily performance of customer resolution staff and conduct team huddles
- Act as primary escalation contact for complex customer issues and monitor resolution strategies
- Produce performance reports and recommend staffing or process adjustments to meet service targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center or customer support environment with issue resolution involvement
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong expertise in service recovery principles and root-cause analysis
- Experience coaching and mentoring staff while upholding quality and service standards
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and case-management tools
