Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Supervisor to lead a team of resolution specialists and customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily performance of customer resolution staff and conduct team huddles
  • Act as primary escalation contact for complex customer issues and monitor resolution strategies
  • Produce performance reports and recommend staffing or process adjustments to meet service targets
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer support environment with issue resolution involvement
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in service recovery principles and root-cause analysis
  • Experience coaching and mentoring staff while upholding quality and service standards
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and case-management tools
