Job Summary

Leading a team to ensure high-quality service, the Customer Solutions Supervisor will manage Order-to-Cash operations, oversee order management and customer support, and drive team performance in a remote or hybrid role based on geographic location.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional service and act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Manage workflow and ensure timely order processing while communicating status updates to stakeholders
  • Coach and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and reinforcing adherence to processes
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in customer service, order management, or supply chain, preferably in an O2C environment
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with ERP/contact center systems
