Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements, and facilitate demos of applications
  • Develop training materials and conduct functional/usability testing for enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with functional troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting applications using various browsers and software tools
  • Experience with platform analytic tools and technical documentation writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
