- Develop training materials and conduct functional/usability testing for enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with functional troubleshooting experience preferred
- Knowledge of troubleshooting applications using various browsers and software tools
- Experience with platform analytic tools and technical documentation writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
