Job Summary
To support a security-focused customer storytelling initiative, the part-time Customer Storytelling Project Manager will transform customer interview assets into polished marketing deliverables, including videos and written stories, while managing the process from draft to approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer interview materials to identify compelling storylines and determine content for short-form videos
- Provide creative direction and feedback on video cuts, ensuring alignment with marketing messaging and quality standards
- Manage multiple customer story asset packages, tracking status, approvals, and dependencies across various deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer storytelling, content marketing, or video storytelling
- Strong ability to distill long-form interviews into concise narratives
- Understanding of marketing message maps and product messaging
- Strong project management skills, including asset management and timeline tracking
- Comfortable working with technical, security, or enterprise/B2B content
