Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Strategy Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create strategic plans for customers to maximize business impact with Cresta products
  • Lead Business Value Assessments to quantify potential ROI impact for customers
  • Ensure alignment of value and delivery plans to achieve the customer's vision

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a strategic customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of business value creation, change management, and consulting methodologies
  • Experience in large scale enterprise software implementations and complex use cases
  • Experience designing and interpreting Statements of Work for Enterprise customers
  • Ability to build strong external relationships and take a consultative approach to solving customer problems
