Job Summary
Driving strategic business plans, the full-time Customer Strategy Manager will lead the commercialization process for Vital Proteins, influencing go-to-market strategies and coordinating efforts across sales and marketing teams, with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads business planning by developing analytics and insights to support marketing strategy and conducting collaborative planning cycles
- Communicates and coordinates key strategies and initiatives between field and internal teams to ensure alignment across major functions
- Develops and manages promotional programs to support customer sales while monitoring performance and tracking results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, with a preference for experience in Ready to Drink Active Nutrition
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in P&L management and strong financial acumen
- Ability to build relationships and engage with senior-level stakeholders
