Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and optimize core Account Management and Customer Success workflows across portfolio companies
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track customer metrics and prepare data-driven insights for reviews
  • Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Account Management Operations, or related roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong financial modeling, revenue planning, and data analysis skills
  • Experience building whitespace models
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Proven ability to drive operational improvements through data insights
