Job Summary

Supporting critical business systems remotely, the full-time Customer Strategy Operations Specialist will optimize tools, data, and workflows to enhance customer success and product adoption while collaborating cross-functionally to improve system performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize key Customer Success platforms, including configuring workflows and maintaining system data
  • Build and refine workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and communication between teams and customers
  • Investigate and resolve internal support tickets related to business systems to ensure proper functionality and user adoption
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Programming, or a related field
  • Experience with business systems such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar customer success platforms
  • Proficiency with SQL and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Experience in building workflows or supporting operational processes within SaaS or customer success environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
