- Manage and grow a portfolio of 100+ accounts in the SMB to lower mid-market segment
- Achieve an annual quota focused on renewals (80%) and expansion (20%)
- Ensure customers fully utilize their licenses and derive measurable value from the product
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of the SMB to lower mid-market segment
- Experience with quota management and achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with database management or DevOps concepts
- Ability to work in a high-cadence, managed-motion environment
