Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Executive (Remote, US-based).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage opportunity creation and pipeline for existing customers
- Develop and execute territory plans while managing the sales process
- Build relationships with executive-level contacts and close expansion and renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of software sales experience
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve targets
- Experience in developing executive-level relationships
- Experience selling DevOps and/or open-source products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
