Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, engage with stakeholders, and align Microsoft solutions to customer needs
  • Lead customer success strategies, drive program planning, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Proactively identify and address customer blockers, drive adoption, and optimize product usage

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or portfolio management
  • 3+ years of experience in technical engagement management or program management
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience in change management and/or technology adoption is preferred
