Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Key Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for customer engagement, satisfaction, and expansion
  • Ensure successful adoption of the platform and manage project lifecycle from onboarding to billing
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating cross-functional communication and issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 8-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing account or vendor management role in healthcare
  • Strong Project Management skills with a preference for CAPM/PMP certification
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
