Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Key Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for customer engagement, satisfaction, and expansion
- Ensure successful adoption of the platform and manage project lifecycle from onboarding to billing
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating cross-functional communication and issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 8-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing account or vendor management role in healthcare
- Strong Project Management skills with a preference for CAPM/PMP certification
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Ability to travel as needed
