Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to drive program management for strategic customers with complex cloud needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach engagement strategies for customers and stakeholders
  • Align Microsoft solutions with customer needs and drive cloud technology adoption
  • Lead program planning and management to achieve customer outcomes and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with enterprise customers in customer success roles
  • Relevant certifications in technologies or project management (e.g., ITIL, PMI)
