Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to drive program management for strategic customers with complex cloud needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach engagement strategies for customers and stakeholders
- Align Microsoft solutions with customer needs and drive cloud technology adoption
- Lead program planning and management to achieve customer outcomes and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years or Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with enterprise customers in customer success roles
- Relevant certifications in technologies or project management (e.g., ITIL, PMI)
