Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to lead customer success strategy and execution for complex DIB customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships and engagement strategies across customer ecosystems
  • Lead the planning and execution of customer success programs to drive adoption and improve operational health
  • Understand customer needs and align Microsoft solutions to support their mission priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience
  • U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
  • Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter
  • Preferred: Active U.S. Security Clearance and experience in the customer's industry
  • Preferred: Microsoft or equivalent cloud certifications
