Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Management professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and manages relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery
  • Identifies and addresses customer blockers to consumption through data analysis and resource mobilization
  • Aligns Microsoft solutions with customer objectives and facilitates program planning and reviews to drive ongoing customer success


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or related fields
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience within the customer industry (preferred)
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification (preferred)
