Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Management professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and manages relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery
- Identifies and addresses customer blockers to consumption through data analysis and resource mobilization
- Aligns Microsoft solutions with customer objectives and facilitates program planning and reviews to drive ongoing customer success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or related fields
- 1+ year of relevant work experience within the customer industry (preferred)
- Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification (preferred)
