Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to manage post-sale relationships in the Commercial segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own renewal metrics and proactively resolve risks to ensure account renewals
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts and health signals
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advocate for customer needs within the organization


Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related commercial role in B2B SaaS or infrastructure software
  • Proven track record of owning renewals and achieving growth targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on creating new connections
  • Technical curiosity with the ability to understand and discuss relevant technologies
  • Some experience in sales development or outbound roles
