Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to manage post-sale relationships in the Commercial segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own renewal metrics and proactively resolve risks to ensure account renewals
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts and health signals
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and advocate for customer needs within the organization
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related commercial role in B2B SaaS or infrastructure software
- Proven track record of owning renewals and achieving growth targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on creating new connections
- Technical curiosity with the ability to understand and discuss relevant technologies
- Some experience in sales development or outbound roles
