Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage engagement strategies with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Lead the execution of customer success planning and governance, ensuring accountability for outcomes
- Align Microsoft solutions with customer needs and proactively mitigate risks to consumption
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in customer success or related roles, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience
- U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions
- Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter
- Active U.S. Security Clearance preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain one
- Experience in the customer's industry is a plus
