Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Partner / Account Manager (SINGAPORE Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute an Account Strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and document customer interactions in Salesforce
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic matters related to assigned accounts and lead regular account reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
- 5+ years of working experience, preferably with multinational corporations
- Strong understanding of MNC structures and communication protocols
- Ability to manage priorities across APAC and engage with diverse stakeholders
