Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Partner / Account Manager (SINGAPORE Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute an Account Strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and document customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic matters related to assigned accounts and lead regular account reviews


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
  • 5+ years of working experience, preferably with multinational corporations
  • Strong understanding of MNC structures and communication protocols
  • Ability to manage priorities across APAC and engage with diverse stakeholders
