Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Partner in the US Central region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts while driving revenue growth
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure they understand and adopt the company's products
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise organizations and complex decision-making structures
  • Proven experience in enterprise customer account management, including upsell execution and customer planning
  • Ability to identify key contacts and tailor proposals to client needs
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals
