Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Customer Success Account Manager, this full-time remote position will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful product adoption and delivering exceptional client experiences through tailored strategies and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
  • Drive product adoption by developing and executing success strategies in partnership with clients
  • Analyze client use cases to provide best-practice recommendations for optimizing product usage and return on investment
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five or more years of relevant professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry preferred; direct industry experience is a plus
