Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to advocate for customers and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings to share updates, best practices, and ensure clients derive value from their investment
  • Monitor customer health indicators and usage data to identify risks and implement action plans for retention
Required Qualifications
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for building relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Success role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
  • A collaborative team player who contributes ideas and supports teammates
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in technology and assisting customers in adopting software solutions
