Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor (English and Polish).
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to inquiries and educating customers on products via chat and email
- Troubleshooting customer problems, including technical aspects of web applications, automations, and integrations
- Coordinating solutions with IT and management while assisting customers in building successful businesses
Required Qualifications
- Excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Basic understanding of online marketing and web applications (e.g., APIs, integrations)
- Ability to navigate new tools and technical concepts comfortably
- Capacity to manage multiple interactions simultaneously
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude towards customer interactions
