Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor (Part Time) for the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of ~100 SMB accounts to drive product adoption and customer advocacy
  • Utilize AI tools to monitor customer health, identify churn risks, and optimize workflows
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to facilitate renewals and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Background in account management or customer success with experience managing a high-volume book of business
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with new AI technologies
  • Data-driven approach to identifying account risks and acting on customer health metrics
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
