Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor for the APAC region, working remotely from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to members' queries regarding products and services
  • Monitoring member accounts and addressing issues professionally and respectfully
  • Onboarding prospective members and conducting Zoom calls to assist in the process
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment
  • Proficient in English, with additional languages being a plus
  • Experience in the fintech or banking industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is beneficial
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency environment is a significant advantage
