Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor for the APAC region, working remotely from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to members' queries regarding products and services
- Monitoring member accounts and addressing issues professionally and respectfully
- Onboarding prospective members and conducting Zoom calls to assist in the process
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment
- Proficient in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Experience in the fintech or banking industry is preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is beneficial
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency environment is a significant advantage
