Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Success Advisor, the successful candidate will manage client relationships, facilitate onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to support and grow Agency or Direct Clients.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments
- Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients and cultivate strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Analyze client data and report on KPIs to drive strategic decisions and identify upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer success, particularly supporting direct employers or agencies
- Background in talent acquisition with an understanding of pay-for-performance models
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and experience with data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
