Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with the industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Experience in direct customer-facing roles
