Job Summary

- Provide first-level support to Sellers regarding loan inquiries and issues
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product bugs and improve processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience using a CRM tool to manage customer inquiries
- Ability to understand escalation paths and triage customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of business documentation and loan information
- Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations and duties
- Experience working remotely and collaborating via digital communication tools
