Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to provide support and risk mitigation in the business financing space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to Sellers regarding loan inquiries and issues
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product bugs and improve processes
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience using a CRM tool to manage customer inquiries
  • Ability to understand escalation paths and triage customer needs effectively
  • Knowledge of business documentation and loan information
  • Familiarity with BSA/AML regulations and duties
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating via digital communication tools
