Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to strengthen customer relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain service opportunities in Salesforce and Mavenlink, ensuring project information is current
- Oversee subcontract administration and coordinate with Contract Management for accurate entries
- Facilitate communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
- US citizenship
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage resources effectively
