Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to strengthen customer relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain service opportunities in Salesforce and Mavenlink, ensuring project information is current
  • Oversee subcontract administration and coordinate with Contract Management for accurate entries
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • US citizenship
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage resources effectively
