Job Summary
Working remotely from approved states, the full-time Customer Success Advocate will handle inbound sales and service calls, provide thoughtful customer consultations, and maintain high performance metrics while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales and service calls, focusing on enhancing customer experience
- Consult with customers to maximize the value of their contact lens purchases
- Engage proactively with team members and management to ensure success in a virtual environment
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of minimum customer service experience
- Experience in inbound sales and contact center roles is a plus
- Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
- Computer literacy with the ability to type at least 40 wpm
- Must reside in approved locations: North Carolina, Texas, or Utah
