Job Summary

Working remotely from approved states, the full-time Customer Success Advocate will handle inbound sales and service calls, provide thoughtful customer consultations, and maintain high performance metrics while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound sales and service calls, focusing on enhancing customer experience
  • Consult with customers to maximize the value of their contact lens purchases

Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of minimum customer service experience
  • Experience in inbound sales and contact center roles is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
  • Computer literacy with the ability to type at least 40 wpm
  • Must reside in approved locations: North Carolina, Texas, or Utah
